Nice variety of cereal and pancakes for breakfast. Well-appointed standard room with fresh towels. Beautiful, lovely location in Hivernage district very close to city centre, the restaurant was closing and bus station and train station. Also, to medina via Mansour gardens.

marvellous very central location short walk to the best areas of marrakesh and other attractions in marrakech and the city center. it also was in a quiet rural area at.

Beds were not so comfortable in this place.

Good location, comfortable hotel. Our children (aged 11 and 13) loved the outdoor pool and the gardens were a beautiful setting. Good base to explore Marrakech and surrounds. Staff were helpful booking a taxi to the airport and arranging a guide to take us on a tour of Marrakech.

The location is very good, in close proximity to both the medina and within 15 minutes of the airport. It is probably also good for families traveling with small children as there is a pool and plenty of space.

The hotel was completely overwhelmed by the Easter holiday visitor load. Service was poor, they ran out of towels and lounges at the pool, it was impossible to get a coffee cup or juice glass at breakfast.

The staff were friendly & helpful, the room was clean, the food was fantastic - fresh and plentiful buffet option - I would highly recommend their Moroccan nigh, the pool was a great facility - beautiful clear, blue clean water and the gardens were beautifully tended - what more could you ask for?

As my French is very limited it would have been nice if the staff in the Spa spoke English but I guess I need to get to evening classes!

Cute staff, beautiful breakfast. My stay was upgraded with the friendly team were really nice to, and I loved enjoying the delicious breakfast buffet looking out onto the fine garden and pool area.

Everything went smoothly.

Would of been nice to get some more local cuisine on the daytime/room menus. But food was nice.

The rooms were smart and clean and the pool area and gardens very well kept. The staff were friendly.

check out lady was not polite, there was a mistake with bill that she did not apologise for. A la carte pool resturant food good but service very slow.

The pool area was lovely, and we made great use of the well-kept gardens. A personal highlight was lounging by the beautiful pool surrounded by shaded spots.

We didn't find the reception staff very friendly or overly helpful.

Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Casino de Marrakech was unbeatable and excellant.

The gardens and pool area offered a peaceful escape, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. The air conditioning had issues, and breakfast service was inconsistent, often running out of items. It was a pleasant stay despite a few drawbacks.

A lot of products for a nice hot and above average breakfast. Amazing and marvellous location in Marrakesh, very close to other areas and Marrakech airport...

A taxi was arranged for us when we left to take us to the airport.

The foyer smelt of smokers,the staff couldnt find my Booked.net booking on the computer,they were almost rude,and wanted to charge more than the booking agreement.
